Friends, last year around this same time I had the honor of seeing some footage from the new film, The Ghosts in Our Machine and hearing the film maker, Liz Marshall speak about the film and the photographer, Jo-Anne McArther. I was stunned and moved by the footage and the artistry of this film. I was sure that as soon as it was released, it would cause a sea change in how people see our relationship to animals.
Now the time has finally come, The Ghosts in Our Machine is screening in our town. Liz Marshall will also be at this event for a Q&A after the film. Buy your tickets and bring anyone you love, and experience animals through the lens of one of the most important photographers of our generation.
