Better Vegan Reading – Community Supported

You may have seen me tweet once or twice about one of my favorite digital magazines: T.O.F.U.. Long before I interviewed Jasmin Singer of Our Hen House for Issue 6 back in 2011, I was a huge fan. T.O.F.U  Magazine is chock full of practical, smart, political, and sometimes radical ideas, insightful interviews, how-tos,  plus great vegan recipes. With a complete lack of focus on celebrities and consumerism, T.O.F.U  Magazine starts with a vegan heart then expands to cover issues like sexism, ableism, violence, heteronormativity, body shaming, and more. If you aren’t already buying and reading T.O.F.U. you must be reading something else really spectacular.

I’m really excited about the next project for T.O.F.U., which is putting in print some of the best pieces and stories over the past eight years into an anthology for us to have and to hold. The Big Book of T.O.F.U. is gathering early support from the community via Kick Starter, so you can pre-purchase and make the print-run a reality for about $27 USD (plus shipping). Or even less if you want a digital copy.

If you love to read, and love learning more about making the world a better place for everyone, you should get your hands on T.O.F.U. asap!!! Deadline: Sun, Nov 15 2015 10:00 PM PST.
